Total Enterprise Security Solutions (TESS) is a security consulting service firm. Its mission is to be a security enabler to the client selecting the best security controls and security profile that meets the business needs of the client organization.

TESS’ vision is for its clients to see security as an important process that is measurable, repeatable, documented, and provides a return on security investment in improving business operations by creating opportunities to use information technology in ways that would not otherwise be feasible.

TESS' understands that clients are not in the business of protecting information but ensuring that systems and services are available for their customers. Clients should only protect information and systems insofar as it supports their business needs. requirements, and fiduciary responsibilities.

TESS' scope is to provide security services and deliverables to clients that link security to business needs. To accomplish this TESS has developed a set of security practices and processes to assist clients in implementing appropriate policies and related security and IT controls. The goal of these practices is to recognize that every security and IT control does have some cost associated with it, so every security and IT control needs to be cost justified against the business needs of the client's strategic business plan and objectives.
